- Payment Information: Limited details required for processing online payments (handled securely via third-party gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree).

- To manage Bar Association membership and renewal.
- To generate ID cards, parking stickers, and other member facilities.
- To process welfare ticket purchases through the BP Kiosk self-service machine and print welfare ticket receipts.

- To process fee payments and generate receipts.
- To improve the Services and provide technical support.
3. Data Ownership & Role of Technology Partner
- All advocate/member data belongs to and is controlled by District Bar Association Sonipat.
- BarPortal India LLP only provides technology, hosting, maintenance support, and the BP Kiosk self-service kiosk hardware and software.
- BarPortal India LLP does not use, sell, or share advocate/member data for any commercial purpose.
- Data is stored securely on behalf of District Bar Association Sonipat.
4. BP Kiosk Machine & Welfare Tickets
The BP Kiosk is a self-service kiosk machine installed at Bar Association premises for welfare ticket purchase and other member services. The following applies:
- The BP Kiosk application collects member mobile number and enrollment number for verification purposes.
- Welfare ticket purchases are processed securely through integrated payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree).
- Printed welfare ticket receipts contain member name, enrollment number, ticket details, QR code, and transaction reference.
- All kiosk transaction data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized Bar Association administrators.
- The BP Kiosk does not store any payment card details on the device.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- When required by law, court order, or government authority.
- With trusted payment gateway providers (Razorpay, Cashfree) to process membership fees and welfare ticket payments.
- With authorized service providers (only for operating the Services securely).
6. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. This includes SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, secure cloud hosting, and role-based access controls.
